2. Which States/Cities do we deliver to?
We deliver across India. Cash on Delivery is restricted as per availability. If available it will appear as a mode of payment during checkout.
3. Do we have any shops?
No, we do not have any physical shops as of now under our brand. The only medium to purchase therefore is on the website - www.cupidvilla.com.
4. Can you mail me the Catalogue?
All product-related information is available on our website. We do not have a physical or single downloadable file / catalogue as such.
5. Do the brands you sell, sell offline in India too?
No, the brands we sell do not directly sell anywhere in India.

The credit card details are encrypted, however, the sections where you enter your shipping and personal details are not.
7. Do you send one order to different locations (splitting orders)?
No. Separate orders need to be placed for separate places in case you are purchasing for two different people.
8. How can I place an order?

Step 1 – Register with us, so we have your Personal and Shipping Details. You can also proceed with Guest Checkout in which case this step will not be compulsory.
Step 2 – Add Products you wish to buy to your Cart.
Step 3 – Proceed to Checkout. Here you have to log in if you have already registered or you can choose Guest Checkout and enter the required details.
Step 4 – Select one of the payment options and Place and Order. If you are paying online Order will only be processed once you pay. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) your order will only be dispatched after a confirmation call is made. Do note COD is pincode specific and may not be available across India. The pincodes serviceable by COD will automatically get COD as a payment mode.
9. How Can I Track My Order?
Once the order is shipped the tracking number will be provided to you as soon as possible. Details of where to track will also be provided along with tracking code.

11. How long will it take to get my order delivered?
All Orders placed are shipped out within 1-2 working days of receiving payment / confirmation of order. Delays if any will be informed to the Customer. Once dispatched it will reach destination within roughly 7-8 working days.
12. Are there any extra shipping charges?
The shipping charges will be mentioned once you "Checkout".
-For Order below Rs. 500 , Rs. 100 shipping charges apply.
- For all paid orders a flat discount of Rs. 50 is applied.
- For pickup from courier office orders above Rs. 500 Rs. 50 extra charges apply.
13. Do you deliver outside of India?
Not as of now. We operate in India only.
14. How can I cancel my order?
You must inform us on our email id immediately if your order has to be canceled. If already dispatched the company shall charge processing and shipping fees before issuing refund / processing replacement. If customer requests for change of product after receiving the company reserves rights to ask customer payment for extra shipping as well as deny replacement based on nature of items involved. The company also reserves rights to seek damage charges from customers returning Cash on Delivery orders.
15. I forgot my password?
Please click on forgot password and follow the instructions. The new password will be emailed to you on the email ID registered with us.
16. How can I change my order?
The order can be changed only if it has not been dispatched. Contact us via Chat/E-mail/Phone to change your Order immediately.
17. Can I change my shipping address?
The shipping address can only be changed before the order has not been dispatched. You also have the option of storing different shipping and billing addresses in your cupidvilla.com account. You must inform us of any change in address on email@example.com as a reply to the invoice sent to your mail ID. If sending a separate mail you must mention your Order number. If email ID is different from the one mentioned in the Order , we may seek additional verification to ensure the person who ordered is same as the one seeking to make the change.
18. What is your replacement policy?
Replacements are only permitted if product/ products received are damaged / wrong products delivered / products do not match specification provided on the site.
Any request for replacement or return apart from these three may or may not be considered and the executive handling the issue has the final right to take a call on the same.
All issues of return / replacement should be reported 2 days within the delivery of order. Any request post that Cupidvilla reserves right to reject. The final call in that case again lies with the executive handling the issue to decide whether or not to consider the request. This is a policy made to ensure no products are used or rendered not usable when returned.
All returns have to be done within 1 week from the date the order was placed. Please note that all tags and labels must be intact for returning the product. Please return it in the original packing as far as possible. If any product is found used / damaged at Customer end on return we may refuse refund / replacement without extra payment.
19. Refund Policy?
Refunds will be issued on account of non-delivery or damaged goods. Please contact our Customer Care Number provided for a refund. All refunds will take 1-2 week to process and for money to show in your account. The money will be paid into your Bank Account; if your payment mode did not provide Bank Details,i.e, Cash on Delivery, to us we may need your bank details for transfer.
20. Do I pay for the return shipping?
You will only have to pay for the shipping charges when you return them. However if goods are not returned as per our policy we may Charge extra for damages.
21. Can I order something out of stock?

22. Do you have cash on delivery option?
Yes. We do have Cash on Delivery option. It is subject to availability on your pincode and shipping option not being pickup from courier office. If your pincode has COD service and you choose normal shipping option it will automatically show during checkout. Do note COD is pincode specific any spaces, or incorrect pincode may also result in this mode of payment not being visible during checkout.
NOTE - We do not have option of opening parcel before taking delivery or trying on the spot and returning. You have to report all issues pertaining to products to the company and not courier tie up.

Yes, it is important to register so we have your details with us in case you forget to mention the same in your Order. It makes it easier for you to Order in the future without having to mention all the details again.
25. What are the wash care instructions for the product that I have ordered?
We recommend hand wash for most of the products it features. Never use Hot Water as a majority of the products are stretch material and will be damaged by hot water. Specific instructions if any apart from these will be mentioned on the product tag.
26. What are Reward points?
Reward points are Loyalty Points which you can use for your future purchases. For an order worth Rs. 1000 you get reward points of Rs. 40 which can be used to give Rs.40 discount on your next purchase.
27. Why was my Cash on Delivery Order Canceled?
Reasons for cancellation could be :
1. No response during confirmation call / calls made.
2. Incomplete address and failure to provide detailed address required for COD.
3. Customer's availability not certain during all possible delivery days and hours which is required for ease of delivery.
4. Previously canceled or returned Cash on Delivery order.
5. The Customer is unable to confirm given details to be theirs, given the nature of goods COD cannot be serviced unless we are sure of recipient details being theirs.
6. We do not deliver COD to hotels, hostels, universities, hospitals, public parks or landmarks.
